I Folletti di Natale

were long and short day at the same time that led us into a vortex of Christmas lights and hopes, thoughts and reflections.
We wanted lighter moments, days più festosi e aspettative migliori ma non sempre i desideri sono realtà quindi ci siamo gustati quegli attimi di festa con il cuore e con la mente, guardando tutto con gli occhi dei bambini meravigliati e anche un po' confusi dai tanti regali e dai tanti pacchi.

La piccola Babette è stata eletta elfo di Babbo Natale e subito si è calata nel ruolo a lei richiesto con un tintinnio di campanelli ad ogni suo arrivo.

I segnaposto folletti di Natale sono stati dipinti a mano e sulla barba il nome dei commensali , un piccolo ricordo da portare a casa ed utilizzare per le decorazioni del prossimo anno.

Preparazione:

bastoni di betulla
seghetto elettrico
colori acrilici
pennelli
vernice a finire satinata

Tagliare i rami di betulla con il seghetto elettrico a base piatta in modo che stiano in piedi ed in obliquo per creare il volto su cui dipingere.
Con i colori acrilici dipingere i cappelli e le barbe bianche, con un pennellino fine disegnare i volti dei folletti ed il nome dell'ospite sulla barba.
Attendere che asciughi il tutto e passare una mano di vernice trasparente satinata a finire.

I folletti saranno inoltre un bel gioco per i piccoli di casa al termine del pranzo...

Il libro che ho scritto, il cui titolo è “Amori polari”, è un romanzo d’amore, un amore particolare tra due persone, un amore intenso per la propria terra, un amore estremo per l’Amore, che porta i protagonisti a superare alcune vicissitudini e difficoltà con un unico fine: viversi e lasciarsi attraversare dall’energia magica che solo l’amore è in grado di produrre.
Geograficamente è ambientato in Sardegna, mia terra natale, alla quale ho voluto regalare una sincera e genuina dichiarazione di fedeltà, ma i percorsi dei protagonisti sfiorano anche altre città.
Direi però che i luoghi, i fatti, le azioni sono solo un pretesto per osservare, studiare, metabolizzare i sentimenti.
Il libro si chiude con un’intervista e credo che una di queste domande, e relativa risposta, rappresenti l’anima del libro.

Il libro si apre e si chiude con un ammirevole elogio ed una incondizionata dichiarazione d’amore alla tua terra. Chi sono i tre protagonisti in questo capitolo?

Gli amanti e la loro culla. Tutti e tre insieme rappresentano un’unica essenza inscindibile.
In quest’ultimo capitolo si celebrano le caratteristiche di tutti i protagonisti: la Sardegna, terra generosa, neutrale e romantica, capace di accogliere e accompagnare tutti. Andrea, sognatore sensibile, che difficilmente si rassegna, ha incontrato l’amore della sua vita, ma capisce, giorno dopo giorno, che l’unico modo per viverlo è rispettare e assecondare le caratteristiche della sua perfetta metà. Tortino polenta funghi e fontina

pasta sfoglia un rotolo oppure per i più volenterosi fatta in casa
500 gr di funghi porcini
4 cucchiai di polenta taragna
1 tablespoon flour
