Il freddo è pungente, oggi la temperatura non si è discostata dallo zero, si esce poco causa raffreddamenti e tosse e si sogna alla finestra l'arrivo della tanto agognata primavera ; se ben si guarda, a consolare gli animi un po' tristi, si percepisce già un allungamento della luce nella giornata.
La domenica passa così fra le nostre quatto mura a chiacchierare, a leggere e ad inventarsi nuovi giochi divertenti, l'acqua non delude mai con le sue mille possibilità di travaso da un bicchiere all'altro...e perchè no anche sul pavimento della cucina!

E' da un paio di settimane che si parla di dieta, anche se la partenza, lo ammettiamo, è stata con pochissima convizione tanto che oggi ci siamo "premiati" per gli stenti della settimana con un piatto che di leggero ha davvero poco ma di sapore...ne ha veramente tanto!
Gnocchi di patate in salsa al Castelmagno Dop
1 kg potato flour

These doses for approximately six people at home are super abundant, then place the dumplings on a tray too disposable cardboard and in a few hours after we put them in freezer bags to freeze. Questo trucchetto permette agli gnocchi di non attaccarsi fra di loro nella fase di congelamento - sarà sufficiente tuffarli in acqua bollente e salata ed attendere che ritornino a galla per poterseli gustare in qualunque momento come appena impastati!
Sbriciolate il Castelmagno e scioglietelo a bagnomaria con il burro - un pizzico di sale e una macinata di pepe saranno sufficenti a creare una salsa perfetta per condire gli gnocchi che nel mentre saranno venuti a galla.
E la dieta?? Da domani ... ;-)

Il 2010 si è chiuso come un anno di transizione, è trascorso per alcuni aspetti veloce e per altri risuonano ancora i suoi suoni nelle nostre orecchie.
Si sono realizzati propositi importanti mentra altri sono ancora li pronti ad essere rispolverati per questo nuovo anno che inizia, d'altronde chi non ha stilato anche solo mentalmente una lista di intenti?
Il 2010 si è chiuso come un anno di transizione, è trascorso per alcuni aspetti veloce e per altri risuonano ancora i suoi suoni nelle nostre orecchie.
Si sono realizzati propositi importanti mentra altri sono ancora li pronti ad essere rispolverati per questo nuovo anno che inizia, d'altronde chi non ha stilato anche solo mentalmente una lista di intenti?
Sicuramente al primo posto per noi c'è e ci sarà sempre l'imparare ogni giorno ad apprezzare le piccole cose, fermare il tempo e godersi attimi importanti fatti di semplici gesti e sentimenti delicati; cercare di trovare in ogni aspetto il lato positivo è Perhaps the exercise more complicated and difficult, especially if circumstances are difficult and adverse lived.
