We believe if I tell you that the look of amazement and my Fico tasting of pears and diced potatoes was twice? Both entranced by the contrast of flavors and fascinated by the funny way the cubes are disguised so they seem all the same ... a couple surprise that the kitchen had not yet had the pleasure of meeting but surely re-present as an accompaniment to our other preparations.
Ossibuchi turkey with potatoes and roasted pears with orange
Ingredients for 4:
4 ossibuchi turkey
200 gr. peeled potatoes peeled
gr.per
200 40 gr. extra virgin olive oil 2 oranges
lemon, flour, bay leaf, salt, pepper

Ingredients for 4:
4 ossibuchi turkey
200 gr. peeled potatoes peeled
gr.per
200 40 gr. extra virgin olive oil 2 oranges
lemon, flour, bay leaf, salt, pepper
flour the shanks and brown, with two bay leaves in half the oil, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the cooking oil and wet the shanks with the orange juice, cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes .. Once you have finished cooking add salt and pepper.
Meanwhile diced potatoes and pears. Boil the diced potato for two minutes in acidulated water, then drain and brown with the remaining oil until they begin to color. Then add the pears e cuocete per una quindicina di minuti circa. Salate e servite con gli ossibuchi.
Intanto fuori l'inverno ci ha regalato una nuova ed inaspettata nevicata... e c'รจ chi gradisce molto zampettare nella neve fresca.
